My gate broke only a few months after installation, and Superior won't fix it. A typical breeze (no storms that day) blew the gate shut and the latch broke off. I sent them pictures and they said that any kind of wind is considered an "Act of God" and is not covered by their warranty. However, the Webster's Dictionary defines Act of God as an "EXTRAORDINARY" event, like a hurricane, flood, other natural disaster. I made an appointment for an estimate on field fencing replacement. Superior sent 3 reminders by email, but the day of appointment, Billy Morrison didn’t show up. I did get him on the phone, he wanted to do an estimate by our property appraisal. I said ok, but you really need to see the property. He didn’t want to come over to see it. His estimate was sent by email, not even close to what we wanted done, and the estimate is astronomical! No deal, Superior!
Waited 5 months to get a tan fence installed then called to schedule no show came next day installer was disrespectful and did a bad installation, left my backyard a mess. As of today still damaged. It took me a few messages and emails with Ken Morison that were not pleasant. After all that installer did came back almost a week after and fixed the fence but the job was not the fence and they just patched holes. Just stay away and save yourself a headache. Very bad experience.
