I needed a partial fence and gate replaced due to an unforeseen accident. I called and because superior installed my ordinal gates and fence they had a record of the style and type I needed replacing. I spoke to Ken and he luckily had what I needed in stock. I have four dogs and he was able to install my gate and fence the same day! I can't thank you enough for the amazing response and service!!! Thank you!!!

My gate broke only a few months after installation, and Superior won't fix it. A typical breeze (no storms that day) blew the gate shut and the latch broke off. I sent them pictures and they said that any kind of wind is considered an "Act of God" and is not covered by their warranty. However, the Webster's Dictionary defines Act of God as an "EXTRAORDINARY" event, like a hurricane, flood, other natural disaster.
