Excellent service from Samantha Brickhouse. Constant updates on how my service was going while waiting at the mall. Arranged promo pickup when my vehicle was ready, explained in detail what needed to be done and was done. Very impressive

I am sorry for my delayed response, for I have been terribly busy during Peak season. I want to thank Mr. Ian for listening to me in his office, for giving me the benefit of the doubt plus a cost-free detail in the future, and for personally inspecting the oil on the dipstick that looked old if not 7,500-miles old. I want to thank also Mr. Robert who said that both he and Mr. Ian had physically inspected the oil change and tire rotations.
