"Tried and True for Service" I was in to get a new sun visor installed in my Versa. The old one had worn down and was no longer able to keep position and just hung there. I went in, had coffee and in no time was paying and out of the door to work through the remainder of my day. Nice wait area, great clean bathroom!!
"Great cust, serv." On a scale of 1 to 10 i would give Brook a 10 for his personal service that he provided in servicing my car with his workers, t'he time al·lotes was great . I was in and out at a ressona ble time.
"Great service" Excellent service and very courteous personnel! Thanks to Jim for the courtesy ride to lunch while our car was being services. Thank you for the courtesy shown to accommodate my wife who is on walker and could not get in van so Jim provided a car.
"Much appreciated." The service department did everything they promised in a professional way. I feel Brandon and the crew did everything they could to resolve the issues.

"Exemplary " I have been to this dealership for service on 4 different vehicles. Have been many times that wasn’t too pleased but this wasn’t one of them. Stuart in service actually followed thru with getting something done that I have requested several times over the past few service visits.

"Unsatisfied" It would be great if Sutherlin Nissan is a little more competitive in car repairs. It is understood that one would pay more for a dealership, but an exhorbitant amount is just unsatisfactory. Also, my Previous Dealer Pearson Nissan in OCALA, FL was much more accommodating and a little more reasonable in paying the higher price. Start sending me your discount flyers before I utilize your services again. Only my opinion.
