"Unsatisfied" It would be great if Sutherlin Nissan is a little more competitive in car repairs. It is understood that one would pay more for a dealership, but an exhorbitant amount is just unsatisfactory. Also, my Previous Dealer Pearson Nissan in OCALA, FL was much more accommodating and a little more reasonable in paying the higher price. Start sending me your discount flyers before I utilize your services again. Only my opinion.
"Service" The dealer took care of my service needs and fixed my brakes while I was there. They were very prompt and Brooks always does a great job.

"Speedy Service" I came to get a oil change and filter change. I scheduled a appt ahead of time. I was in and out. Very pleased with customer service and time that it took.
"your service center can not get a brand new truck fixed" I bought a Nissan Titan truck this year and before there ws 100 miles on it the service engine came on. Then it came on again and they had the engineer came and they put a new fuel pump on it then it came on again and it is at your service center Buford ga. I am paying a large payment a month for this truck that can't seem to get fixed. Very upset about it. Will not buy another Nissan that's for sure.

I get recommendations and not someone trying to sale me products. I bring both my vehicles here for service and will continue to come here. "Excellent service" Great customer service from Larry. He was very nice helped me with the services My car needed. Again 5 stars for Larry. I’ve bought 2 cars from this dealership and I’ve had all my cars serviced here but this service advisors are not friendly. They don’t greet you and barely look at you. no type of acknowledgment. So it was nice that Larry was so amiable.
