"2018 Nissan Leaf" Simple straight forward process, no sales back and forth, did exactly what they said they were going to do, smooth and simple transaction. Process was efficient and easy.
"Great Service " Sherry is a great service writer. My service was quick and efficient. My vehicle was even washed. Great service from everyone. I couldn’t be happier.
"Oil change" Scheduled an oil change and when I arrived, my Service Advisor, Sherry, noted that my vehicle had some recalls. She was able to work those repairs in on this visit, being aware I was in a time crunch. I appreciated not having to schedule another visit, and glad to know all the recalls have been dealt with.
"Great service as usual " Like I said earlier, great service as usual! I enjoy working with Sherry because she seems to care about her customers, I always receive far prices and enjoy the military discounts. I plan on buying some tires before the sale ends.
"AT HOME" They made the process very easy and made us feel like we were at home. RAMZI is the best. We could not thank him enough for his help.
"Convenient and experienced" I was able to work in one of the cubicles provided while the oil was changed in my car which made it very convenient. The oil change took a lot longer than what I was told but the dealer the service rep immediately recognized it and gave me a discount which made it worth it.
"Liars" They called me telling me they have that part they need to fix my car so I go and leave my car for them to call me one hour later saying they don’t have the part. I don’t live near there so I have to go out of my way to take my car. Also the finance person I had was rude.
"Great Experience" I had a great experience with Sutherlin Nissan of Mall of Georgia, Thank you to Bill Retzke and Curtis Pierce, Bill was very welcoming to work and very courteous, Curtis was very entertaining to work with and he worked fast. I would be coming back to make another purchase and my daughter as well. Thank you!
"Always a good experience in this Dealership." No pressure, easy going advisors. The only thing, not a big deal BUT the Technician forgot again to put on the sticker for the next Oil Change. While waiting I was shown a few new Rogue's by DIEGO. Very nice & knowledgeable Sales person.
