"Experience of purchasing a car from Sutherlin" It was an interesting experience. Negotiations was someone hard for the price of the car. I did the car for around the blue book price. I wasn’t totally satisfied with the financing but will have it financiz by my credit union.

"Highly recommend " Lydale and Billy were very personable, helpful and knowledgeable dealing with a trade in. Overall the new car buying and trading process was very smooth and we didn’t feel any negative pressure, but they were very up front in an honest manner. I can appreciate that! The financing with Curt was easy, as well. Lydale showed us all the car perks and helped us sync our phones etc. before we drove off in our beautiful new Rogue! LITTLE things go a long way! "New Car" First I would like to say that the best part of buying here was our salesperson Heath Ellis. The finance manager Mr. Kim was horrible. He didn't speak to me but only to my husband. I stopped in 2 days later to speak to someone in parts regarding a piece of equipment that was in the trunk. I was told to wait buy a man who did not look up from his computer. The man that approached me next was condescending to me.
"Great experience" It was a great experience from the beginning to end. Very good customer service, and a very knowledgable sales person. I looked at cars all day long, at several dealerships, and Nissan was the best experience of all of them.
