"Great all around service " Very friendly staff they always get me checked in and make sure I get all of the service I need on my car completed. They have a nice area to wait while you are having your car serviced with snacks, water, and coffee provided for free. They also have a shuttle to take to the mall and drop you off to shop while you car is being serviced. I have always been satisfied with all my visits here.
"Car buying experience " It was a moderately fair experience. It took awhile before I was presented a almost fair price for my trade in and purchasing price . I don’t feel I was given a good interest rate for finance, I had a credit score of 799 and was given 6.25% interest rate with 75 months. I feel should have been offered at least 3.25% with 66 months.
"Good but not great" The deal in my used Pathfinder was good, we asked for all cost at front and later a $1900 car inspection was added, the deal was still good so we took it, Our sales person was not attentive in the after sale, when I called for a key, he made me come when the key cannot be made and made me loose my trip and did not even apologize, but an awesome employee, Moe, came and save the day, he took the time, did the follow ups and made sure I was taking care of.
"Disappointed" I have been getting oil changes / tire rotations with Sutherlin since my purchase of a 2011 Juke. Between myself and my family members a total of five vehicles have been purchased and serviced at Sutherlin. On 8/23/18 (7:30 am) I had an oil change / tire rotation and as usual was extremely satisfied with the service department. "Great experience" I walked into Sutherlin Nissan with a budget and my son who has a great deal of knowledge about vehicles, he is a mechanic. Our salesperson was Nesrin. When we told her we were looking for a Versa or a Sentra and gave her the budget number she showed us a "manager's Special". "Super Service " Since buying a certified Maxima from Sutherlin, I have used them exclusively to service my 2014 Maxima. Their prices are excellent, the service is fast, and they are never try and upsell me for additional work.
"Better than par" It was an experience that I didn’t expect.. we came in for a test drive and left the dealership with a truck in less that 2 hrs.. not like other dealership that they’ll keep you waiting ..there were no blank form to sign .. all are meticulously explained by the salesman (mr. bill) .. over all experience Was excellent...
"Great Salesmanship" Came in knowing what we wanted and what we wanted to spend and Corey helped us. He did not try to change our mind or sway us in any way and bet of all he saved us money from what we were willing to spend. Great service and great salesmanship! When we got back to finance Ryan even saved us more money as he found another incentive that we qualified for. Great job guys!!!
"Always have a good experience.People are all so friendly. " Service is always good they meet you at the door.Also the snacks and coffee hit the spot. lt is always so clean. TVs are nice.
