I arrived that afternoon and was out with the car in less than 3 hours. Curt Pierce found me the exact deal I asked for. Very efficient and helpful staff! Would definitely refer friends here!
"Oil Change & Tire Rotation" I was told that I needed brakes on both back and front. I asked to see, they showed the front but said the back was in worse shape. I was concerned about the cost. They said they would cut me a deal and stated the price like I was getting a deal, when it was only $4 off front and $4 off back, total of $8 off. I appreciate the discount, but the way it was presented was in a way to mislead and make one think they were getting a better deal than they actually were. "Great job initially, lackluster in closing the deal" Sales process was great. Finance process was poor. Got through fairly quickly at the dealership. Thought that was it. Over a month later resigning documents and cannot get a tag for my car. Dealership that was once very responsive in order to get their initial review done now completely unresponsive. Dissapoointed.
"So Far, So Good" It has only been a few days, but the warranty work performed on my '14 Pathfinder's transmission seems to be in running order. Brooks kept me informed on the progress.
"Excellent " They did everything possible to accommodate me and my deal. Even after buying my truck they continued to surpass my expectations with their quality of service.
