"Oil Change" It was a great experience. They were quick and thorough with excellent customer service. The client representative was very friendly and courteous. The facility was clean and inviting.
"Purchase of new Murano" Although the nagotiations were tough about the final price the saleswoman Nesrin was excellent and Alex the manager was great.the finance man Mr Kim was very thorough it did take more time than I would have liked.The process took 4hours and my wife is a diabetic and was getting a sugar drop from not eating .
"Usually good service" I usually have great service but on 6/6/18 I visited and dealt with a differ CSR. I called the same day to explain the service was not satisfactory and requested a call back for resolution. Not sure if the rep was off on 6/7/18 but not call back so far
"Making it EASY!" Brandon and his team make things easy. Call them up to schedule, show up, get things done, and then get out. They even washed the car up for us so we got it back clean and ready to go on our road trip. Peace of mind is great knowing we have this team behind us.

"Excellent service " This was a quick scheduled oil change. Sherry was ready and helpful as usual. I had my grandchildren so getting out fairly quickly was important. The kids had snacks, watched TV in the kids room and we left before they got bored. It was perfect. Thanks.
"Service oil change" I went to get a oil change but they were booked. It would had been a 1hr-2hr wait. The service advisor setup a same day appt in the afternoon and offer a courtesy wash..Yes..that will work...Great customer service. Recently referred my sister, who purchased a car and received a referral bonus $$.

"Great Atmosphere and Staff" Pretty amazing experience to be able to get an oil change, brakes changed and truck washed on a Saturday in less than 2 hours. Amazing!
