"Oil Change" Normally, I would not be taking one of my vehicles to the dealership for an oil change, however, due to a recent injury--it is easier to have the dealer change the oil. We purchased my wife's care from Sutherlin Nissan in 2012 and have utilized their service department exclusively since that time. (Oil changes and tires would be the exception.) "Faster than expected" I came in later in the day as I was able to get off work early. No appointment, figured it would be a long wait if they could do the service at all. Pleasant folks, got me in and out much quicker than he said it would be. Explained everything. Coming back.
"Awesome service experience !" I went in for a repair on my lift gate ( that's still under warranty) and I received the best customer service. Sherry Hosch helped me from the beginning to end, and she is very knowledgable and helpful. While waiting for the service to be done, I was provided a shuttle free of charge to Buford Mall. "Satisfied customer " Always get superior service at Sutherlin. Sherry service adviser and Andy mechanic are excellent professional and trustworthy. I would recommend this service department highly. "Oil change at Sutherlin" I called and scheduled my first free oil change on Monday June 18, 2018 for 10:30 on Tuesday, June 19th. When I arrived at 10:20 I was told that my appointment had not been recorded. Since I drove in from about 40 mins away I really wanted to get it done at that time.
