"Better experience this time" I used to come to this dealership a while ago but I stopped because I felt I was getting ripped off most of the time. I would get brakes and they would still squeak no matter what. Sometimes my warranty would kick in and sometimes it wouldn’t for my oil change. I just wasn’t consistent enough for me. "Great service" Came in with a bolt in my tire. They gave me several tire options and prices. Since they had to order the tires and wouldn’t get them in for several hours they provided me with a loaner car at no cost.

"Quick and easy in and out process." The service rep. was not friendly in the least. His gum chewing was unprofessional, not only could I see the gum in his mouth he actually rolled it between his teeth and lips several times like a window display. It was rude, even if it was a pretty shade of yellow/orange! There seems to be a repeating theme of unhappy employees at the service check in desk, however the gum chewing was a first. "Outstanding " On Monday we went into dealership to swap out a vehicle we had just recently purchased for an upgraded model. Vinh Tran salesman and Curt Pierce finance manager went above and beyond to make this happen. A deal that they didn’t have to do but did it anyways. In fact all personnel we dealt with went above and beyond to help. Without saying we will always come back to this dealership for any future cars or trucks.
