"Customer Service" Alex, the new car sales manager was pleasant & professional. We appreciated his attention to customer service! He listened to what we wanted and made sure we were completely satisfied.
"Excellent" Stuart was the service agent taking care of my vehicle and he was very professional. He made sure that my vehicle was taken care of for upcoming trip checking fluids, tires and anything else necessary for safe journey. Enjoyed dealing with Stuart.
"Semi annual service " Professional service from Ms Sherry to the check out cashier . I was quite comfortable in the lounge and just waited until. My car received a free car wash.
"Excellent" I love dealing with Sherry. She is always so considerate and helpful. And, I just feel safer having service done on my Altima at my dealer.
"Transmission work" I worked with Stuart in the Service Department. He was absolutely wonderful. He worked diligently to help resolve my vehicle issues. He is a statement of great customer service.
"Great, timely service." Stuart was our service contact. As he has been in the past, very professional, timely and courteous. Described why the service was needed. I trust his advice.
"Service Needed, Good experience" They worked well with us to get my car worked on efficiently and quickly. Of course we would always like to pay less, but we don't feel like we were tremendously overcharged for the services. I would come back again.
"Replaced Radio Free of charge due to extended warranty!" I gave this review a five star rating due to the excellent service from Oliver at Sutherlan Nissan Mall of Georgia. I have an extended warranty there and when the display on my radio went completely blank, Oliver checked into in my extended warranty and determined that the entire radio would be replaced free of charge. "Best experience ever!!! " Curt and Phillip took fantastic care of me. I have never had two people work so hard to get me in my dream car. I would recommend both of them to anyone! They were one point from Beginning to end!
