"Service" The agent was friendly and felt comfortable with the review of the service needed and his recommendation. I would recommend this service dept. and the agent to others.

"Friendly service with Quality Work" I enjoy getting my car serviced at sutherlan because they are very friendly and make you feel comfortable about the servicing that is being done. If there is a problem, they correct it immediately without any hesitation. I know that they are here to serve me and my vehicle's needs and wouldn't push on something thats unnecessary.
"Friendly, efficient and quick service!!" I was greeted as soon as I drove up. I was promptly checked in . The waiting area was nice , oil change was done very quickly.

" Got A Great Deal....Low Pressure with some negotiation. " Overall experience was good. Dealership had the vehicle (Murano) we wanted with all the upgraded options. Initially there were a few sales managers/associates involved (dealership associates didn't seem to be informed that multiple people were calling same customer) which made the initial negotiations cumbersome but when Corey reached out he provided a good overall experience from test drive to delivery.
