" Got A Great Deal....Low Pressure with some negotiation. " Overall experience was good. Dealership had the vehicle (Murano) we wanted with all the upgraded options. Initially there were a few sales managers/associates involved (dealership associates didn't seem to be informed that multiple people were calling same customer) which made the initial negotiations cumbersome but when Corey reached out he provided a good overall experience from test drive to delivery. "Great customer service" Brooks is always so helpful personable and easy to work with. I prefer Nissan over any other dealership. I was confused with Saturday closing time and arrived late and they still went over and beyond to help me.
"Best experience ever!" The people were friendly. Mrs. Sherry my Service consultant was superb. She kept me abreast of what was going on. She told me of recommendations. Sherry and the mechanic took real good care of me. The staff in the service center was awesome. Parts department was great and knowledgeable as he explained about the parts and upholstering I inquired about. Go and see them you will be pleased and the prices were not astronomical.
"Awesome!" Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia is the best there is! I had a terrible day with my car and Nissan Athens(since it was the closest to where my tire blew) and Brooks and Kylee at Sutherlin Nissan came to the rescue. They helped me calm down, get the best deal on my tires and leave in a much better mood. I will never go to another dealer again no matter where I am!
"great service" I took my Pathfinder in for an oil change and tire rotation and was pleased as the last time. This was my second time for service. The service advisors Brandon and Stuart treated me like family and went above and beyond to help me with my car I will be sure to go back when I need service again. Thanks guys for making another customer happy.
"Fantastic Experience" I didn't even purchase my Murano from this dealership, but after I brought it in to be serviced for the first time, I'm staying. It is conveniently located near the mall and restaurants, the customer service is great, they provide snacks if u are hungry, the lounge areas are nice, and they really make their customers feel like priority.
"Great Service Dept." My car always gets the service really needed in a timely manner and without being sold a lot of unnecessary items. Always meets my expectations.
