Talk about the best customer service in town highly recommend this Constance did everything in her power to make sure we had a safe and ready home to move and keep in mind my fiancé is pregnant and you know how it can be to deal with a pregnant woman in the time of moving Constance is a gem and her customer service is on a level like no other greatly appreciate my new home and we are first time renters this could not have went any smoother

Tbh it is a nice looking place to come stay nice area however I think it take to takes to long for the maintenance people to even come when u make a request for something. I feel as if they should also give you a date & time on when they could come instead of popping up whenever because you could miss them if your out and end up still waiting all over again. On the other hand when they do come the fix things the do a good job as needed so my answer is in between with a YES/NO
Constance was absolutely amazing! For weeks my husband and I had been working with someone else at Symphony who all but ignored us, and us being military we didn’t have many days to find a place to live - that’s just how the military works sometimes. BUT once we came into contact with Constance, she had all of our questions answered within MINUETS, even went to show us the unit via Facetime, she was just amazing! I couldn’t be more grateful for all of Constance’s help, she’s awesome!!
