RecommendedI’m a senior citizen and glad I found a place that is easy to work with, fair & good to older people. Management got me a 1st floor apartment with a water view. Neighbors are nice and friendly, office genuinely care out their tenants. Late October I had a major surgery and the staff came to visit me and brought me flowers while I was recovering. Thank you very much ❤️

I am a Female Marine Sgt, the lease process and management staff have been nothing short of amazing. Location is beautiful, near major roadways, the mall & decently close to the beach. Even received a military discount during the application process. Neighbors have been great and helpful and amenities are plentiful for my lifestyle! Thank you Sally for all your help! I am in the Fort Lauderdale location called the Bellagio.

I’m not one to post reviews but finally found a place I’m comfortable living that is also relaxing. For someone my age at times it hard to find a place that offers amenities, peace, quiet, excellent customer service and nice neighbors as well. Mrs Sally and Rebecca they offer excellent customer service and treat you life family. Thank you guys for being amazing landlords 😋

I recommend Symphony Residential, is the best choice for rental location I have been to. Office staff are very professional, Sally & Rebecca go above & beyond to help! Apartments are updated, spacious & near the beaches in Fort Lauderdale. They are also pet friendly which is a huge plus for me 🥰

Great location with excellent customer service. Always helpful and apartments are excellently priced, spacious and located near major roadways. Staff is always willing to help out everyone that lives there especially sally. Best decision I have made was to move here.....
