RecommendedMy family has lived here for about 3 years now. Very professional, well-maintained complex. Carlos (head of maintenance) is prompt and extremely helpful! Rebecca is delightful and a great help in the leasing office!
My experiance at city center apartments are extreamly outstanding !!!! Very good service . Rebecca in the office is very understanding and always willing to help me out .she always has a smile on her face ! I have had the most wonderful experiences with the city center employees,, 1. My credit was ruined due to divorce and could not find a decent place in the city of Coral Springs Rebecca in the office went above and beyond to help me... I decided to trust her after a few other place assured me that I would be fine with moving in and took a deposit city center was above honest gave me the worst case of amount that I would have to pay for move in... today I'm moving into a very clean beautiful apt in the city of Coral Springs. It's a very reserved & nice area. The apartments are big & well spaced. It's safe & has a very polite community. A very nice young lady named Rebecca works in the office and is sweet. The pool is clean and beautiful. The maintenance people do there job well and get things done. If you're looking for a nice comfortable place this is the place to be !!.

This place is awesome. Carlos did a wonderful job getting the place prepared for my family and I, we didn't have to clean, it was clean and nice we just moved right in. Thank you we love it!!!!
