I am a current client of this provider They help my husband with showering and dressing him. We've had different caregivers and they've all been very good overall.

I am a current client of this provider Previously, it has been very helpful with the person I had first. This other girl has not been that. I would like to see the scheduling improved. I have had a problem with scheduling. I have had one caregiver that is adequate and okay. She would be a good companion type of caregiver, but I am limited in the household things. I am a current client of this provider They help my sister by giving her a shower. They could call ahead of time when someone's not coming.

I am a current client of this provider I think they should be more professional and well-trained. The person we are using now is very nice. I want her to be more of a professional cleaner.

I am a current client of this provider I've had some good quality help. It's been good, they provide some of the things I cannot do. They are very quick to respond when I call and get me what I need.

I am a current client of this provider It gives me a chance to get other things done without interruption. I like that it keeps my mom safe. I like that they are very respectful of the client and me. I like that they are very dependable.

I am a current client of this provider They could use a little more training in how to wrap the wraps for Lymphedema. Not everyone has the strength to do it. I like that they try to keep me updated and make sure that they get the right person working with us.

I am a current client of this provider She doesn't want them there, so I don't think they can improve it. They have a quick response, and they always answer the phone. I feel comfortable working with them, and there is no long term contract.
