We recently had our roof replaced by T-Town Roofing and could not be happier with the results. Ira James, Lead Development Manager, and Caleb Boatright, Lead Production Manager, were both very courteous, professional and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The actual roofers did a great job, not only on replacing the roof but in taking care not to damage our landscaping or guttering, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Highly Recommended!
I called a few different companies for a roof replacement and selected T-Town. Ira James and Caleb Boatright were both very attentive and kept me updated throughout all stages of the process. One important factor was that Ira was very keen to work with insurance and very knowledgeable of the insurance process, making my out-of-pocket expenses significantly lower than I was originally expecting. The entire roof replacement happened within one day. The next time I need roof services, T-Town Roofing will be my first choice.

Ira James and Caleb Boatright work very hard to ensure both quality materials and customer service on each house they put a new roof on. I would definitely recommend!
Had a unique situation in that we were selling our house, and the inspector decided we needed to replace the whole roof - meanwhile our insurance said they would only cover patching up parts of the roof. Ira fought back and forth with the insurance over weeks to get more of the job covered, saving me a ton of money, AND got the job done in time for our out of town buyers to be able to close on time. Bonus - the new roof (which we got to choose the color of and has a lifetime warranty) looks great!
Just had our roof and gutters replaced by T-town!!! Ira James was quick to get the job started and finished. Roof and gutters look fantastic! The whole team has been great to work with and I would highly recommend using T-town for all your roofing needs!!
