Honestly the best salon experience I have ever had. They were really great at getting me an appointment on short notice and set me up with a stylist that could help me reach my color goals. I have colored red hair that I have been wanting to lighten but it just kept getting colored darker or more on the brown side with my last stylist. Today Shelby knocked it out of the park! I just had a brazilian blowout by Danielle. When I sat down w/her, I explained how I had received a highlight elsewhere and it was horrible (I'm new to the area). I asked Danielle if she could help me & fix the top of my hair b/f the brazillian blowout (when receiving a brazillian blowout if one wants highlights, it should be done b/4 the brazillian blow) & Danielle was so accommodating. I really liked this salon! It was easy to get an appointment for highlights, and everyone was incredibly accommodating from the moment I walked in the door. They even gave me a quick tour of the facility, which I thought was great! I got highlights and a trim and was very happy with the results. I'll definitely return back for my hair needs, and I can't wait to try out their spa services soon!

This is the place I have ever been to get services for grooming. I was a bit aprehensive about going to have barber stuff done, but when I got there everything was fantastic. As I checked in, I was offered coffee or tea. Then my barber came out and greeted me. And walked me back to his chair. He gave me the works!! Hot towel, cold towel, face massage, beard trim, straight razor to my neck, and great conversation. I looked and felt like a million bucks. The salon is very modern and professional. I wish I could give this place more stars!!!! I had the BEST experience. I was traveling on business and desperately needed to get my hair done. I dropped by to see if they took walk-ins. Nothing was available but Amy was able to get me in the following day. I had the pleasure of being pampered by her and Danielle. We had great conversation and they fixed this mop on head. It was such a pleasant experience and I am already looking forward to coming back.

Called this morning to explain that I had a disaster with bleaching my hair, my hair had melted and was falling out. The receptionist booked me with Danny, and seriously I have mad respect for what he did and this salon! First of all, my hair was not brush able, I was terrified of more hair falling out, when I sat in the chair and began to explain to Danny what I did, he just listened to my story of doing it myself. I love Carmen! She has done a deep tissue massage for my son, a relaxing/aromatherapy massage for my sister and a gentle massage for my mother. She is the best. Professional, strong, quiet and relaxing. My favorite!

Carmen Ogletree has given me multiple full body healing massages. I prefer her massages over anyone else i have gone to in the past 15 years. Carmen has a gift and has helped my body many times. 5 stars easily. Highly recommend.

I followed my amazing Stylist, Tiffany when she moved to Graeber & Company. I love the atmosphere and the staff are more than accommodating. It's a beautiful salon and I always feel fabulous when I leave. Location is also a beautiful part of downtown Boise. It brings me into the city, which I love.
