Do yourself a favor and ask for Doug Caisse on the sales floor. He's been in the furniture biz for decades and knows how to treat customers right! I was so impressed with how he handled our transaction, even when management was less than helpful. Doug is a real pro and an asset to the Taft sales team! The guys that delivered the furniture were great. The only problem I had was that I didn't get it delivered at the time I would have liked. Otherwise it was a good experience.
