I am very happy at Tallington, I am well cared for and the staff are always there for you no matter how little the problem is. Meals are very good and the home itself is absolutely lovely a good friendly atmosphere throughout. I can't fault anything.

My friend has been at Tallington for a while now. She only came in for respite and now is staying. She is very particular so her deciding to stay must say a lot about her preference for Tallington.

I found the staff very friendly and efficient. The customer relations manager, who helped us navigate the process was very welcoming and helpful. Not having been through the process before, we were a bit at sea but he answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. Dad's diet, being pureed, makes it difficult to say much about the food. He seemed to like it though and the only thing I would say was that the portions did not look very much but that could be down to it being pureed.

I have observed the staff here and I find them to be very helpful and friendly and caring. Room are all well set out, clean and in very good decorative order. The environment is very homely.

The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. The bedroom is clean and tidy. Some things need looking into - the residents wondering into rooms without supervision.

Staff are very kind and caring. They are also understanding which I think is very important. They avoid making my husband feel embarrased, which gives me peace of mind.

A top class care home, friendly staff. Excellent carers. Very clean. Would recommend this care home to friends and family.
