We were thoroughly impressed with the genuine care for the residents that we witnessed on 12-July-2024. We travelled from the U.S. to visit our grandmother/great-grandmother and were treated so well by the staff and were pleased to see the condition of the facilities and the attention given to its residents. Our family member is happy, healthy, and well cared for. We can't thank the staff enough.

My father appears to be very happy here at Tallington Lodge Care Home. Staff always approachable, caring, take time to talk about how Dad is, also telephone myself if any problems re Dad. Would highly recommend Tallington Lodge Care Home. Thank you.

Friendly welcome on my visits. Emails have not really been acknowledged or replied to. The staff are very friendly in looking after Mum, however, they are different staff on most visits and don't appear to be aware of what's happened to Mum in recent days. A log of Mum's daily care would be good to have available on my visits.

Talligton Lodge has been a lifeline for me. Knowing Mum is safe and secure. The staff are caring, kind, considerate and always have time for relatives. They make you and your parent in care feel at home. Nothing is too much if you need advice or reassurance.

My mum could not have had better care. All the staff, from the tea ladies to the carers, cleaners and managers were so genuinely caring and did their very best for Mum. Thank you all.

Tallington Lodge Care Home has continued to live up to my expectations as a caring and safe environment for my mother. The staff are very friendly and love to tell me what my mum has been doing. The coffee shop continues to be a joy to visit with my mum, giving her the sense of actually going out.

We visited a number of care homes to find short-term respite care for my mother-in-law. While we were waiting for our tour of Tallington, we witnessed the care and respect given to a resident by one of the staff which made us feel that this was the place for us. A fiercely independent woman, my mother-in-law was very unhappy to be going into a care home but after a month, she was sad to be leaving. All the staff were kind caring and sensitive; not only to my mother-in-law's needs but also to all the family.
