Wait for 5 months to see him, pay close to a grand (he doesn’t take insurance), he doesn’t even stand to shake your hand when you enter the room, immediately he asks your fiancé then you what your occupations are, shames you for taking kratom and accuses you of being a drug addict, you bring in test results and images and hear “I don’t want anything from any dr from wherever it is that you are from”, does an exam and then orders you to get the same exact tests and images that you brought in to be done by one of his fancy nyc... read more
Wasted time, hope,and energy. I was hoping Dr.Seckin would be my answer as he has helped many of friends but after flying thousands of miles to see him, (paying out of pocket fees that they didn’t report to my insurance), they are simply to busy to even keep up with their patients needs. So let me just start by saying I have NOT seen Dr. Seckin. I have severe endometriosis, and all of my doctors at home have given up on me and so I started taking things into my own hands and got his book and read it. I was so excited! Somebody to finally help me AND listen to me! I immediately called his office and tried to make an appointment. Dr. Seckin’s office dropped the ball with my case. They canceled my surgery because of their lack of office management. Dr Seckin’s office contacted me via email Friday telling me that they quoted us the wrong price for my surgery, meanwhile, I am scheduled to fly Tuesday for my surgery. This is a very brief comment on my experience with his office, and I will NO longer be looking for help/treatment from them. I’m highly frustrated and disappointed.
RecommendedI was first diagnosed with Endometriosis in 2012 after suffering from a miscarriage and an inability to get pregnant again. I was having constant urinary problems which I always though were UTI’s but everytime I went to my old doctor, he said it wasn’t.
