I met Tanisha through a virtual workshop she was holding with Zoritha Thompson, my future Realtor. After getting pre-approved Tanisha referred me to Zoritha. I'd looked at several homes with my Realtor and Tanisha was responsive to quickly provide loan estimates and other costs I wasn't aware of as a new buyer (like Mello Roos).
