Overall I had a positive experience.
We were feeling the weight of living in an apartment paying higher and higher rent prices every year. We had intended to speak with a loan officer or broker to determine where we stood in terms of buying a house. Excellent customer service from beginning to end!
Tanisha and my realtor were introduced at a conference where they were both continuing their education to better serve their clients. We maintained that connection because of Tanisha's knowledge of the many options for down payment assistance such as VA loans and Grants! Tanisha is very informative about every step of the process and truly enjoys educating her clients. Tanisha was great. She made the whole process with my VA loan smooth and easy. She was professional and she works for you, trying to save you money wherever she can. Her experience also gives you a feeling of security, you know she’s gonna get the job done. I’ll be recommending her to all my friends and family.
With all the issues we were having with lender, Tanisha stepped right in and made it a great experience. I'm am amazed how quickly she was able to get my loan process and very informative. Highly recommend Tanisha at any given opportunity I know someone looking for a loan.
The experience was very trying, but I honestly have to admit that our representative though sometimes inconsistent never gave up on our file... the start was rocky the middle was even more crazy but at the end we crossed the finish line happy with our purchase
Ms. Broadway was awesome! She was diligent and committed throughout the entire process. She kept me informed on each milestone and made sure that I stayed on task with getting all my documents signed in a timely manner.
