Purchasing a home is quite an undertaking. But through it all we had clarity inwhat we were trying to accomplish it was an outstanding experience.
Overall I had a positive experience.
We were feeling the weight of living in an apartment paying higher and higher rent prices every year. We had intended to speak with a loan officer or broker to determine where we stood in terms of buying a house. We thought it would take at least another year before we would be in a position to move forward with this type of purchase. Tanisha and my realtor were introduced at a conference where they were both continuing their education to better serve their clients. We maintained that connection because of Tanisha's knowledge of the many options for down payment assistance such as VA loans and Grants!
