Dr Zaman has been a great psychiatrist. He knows a lot of varied therapies and medications that are out there currently, as well as what often doesn’t work well. He listens well and is able to appreciate my point of view of my health and my symptoms.
He really listens and cares about me. Mental health is really tricky and he has stuck with me for years. I feel like we are partners in this journey. There are no easy answers or solutions so it’s hard work and he is willing to put in the work.
Though over telehealth, appointments with Dr. Zaman feel exceptionally personal and thorough when it comes to my condition. I have met with him for a few years now, and he's always been extremely helpful in recommendations and treatment.
Dr. Zaman has been an amazing psychiatrist for me. He truly listens to me and we always come up with a solution. He values my opinion, as the client, and for some reason, that has been really difficult for me to find. I would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Zaman is thoughtful and considerate. Over several visits he helped me find a medication regimen that works best for me. I'm glad he's my doctor and I would definitely recommend him.

I worked with Dr. Zaman during a difficult period of my life where I was experiencing anxiety, depression and a very difficult phobia that was becoming very detrimental to my every day life along with ever increasing social anxiety. I have been seeing Dr. Zaman for over 2 years for medication management. He has always been very kind and avavilable. He is knowledgeable and has been very helpful as I was struggling during a difficult time.
