Being my first psychiatrist, I was lucky to find Dr. Zaman. He's easy to talk to and being a D.O. he makes a point to stress the importance of sleep, nutrition, and other basic habits that are foundational to mental and physical health. I am very satisfied with my treatment. Also while there have been many bad reviews about the office staff at this practice, I've been a patient for nine months and never had any problems with the staff or management.
Great doctor
Dr. Zaman has been a pleasure to work with. He saw things in me that I didn't see myself, and helped to stabilize my depression without overmedicating. Our appointments never feel rushed, and he takes care to address a variety of ways to feel better outside of medication.
Normally psychiatrists love to see you for 30 seconds and throw a bottle of Lexipro your way. Dr. Zaman wants to treat all of you, habits included. Offers good advice and is skilled in picking up character traits of different disorders. Also has a great understanding of different medicines and their best/ or not best use! Would recommend to my loved ones.

Dr Zaman is very understanding and accommodating. He offers a variety of suggestions to try along with treating the diagnosis. He asks a lot of questions and considers the whole patient when prescribing, not just the symptoms.
Dr. Zaman was able to narrow down my issues speedily and precisely. Changed my medication and within a week I was feeling so much better. Second session was today 27 July and another suggestion for me to change another medication for pain. I have had remarkable success so far and have great respect! Hooyah Doc!
Dr Zaman has been extremely helpful with my mental health care. It took me a long yime to find a doctor who can regulate meds and find the right balance. He listens to really gets your diagnoses right.
