I had a very positive experience today getting my taxes started. Although I was unable to make a full payment, they were understanding and kind about my situation. I hope to have the same experience with them in the future.
TaxRise patiently went step by step with what I needed to provide them with in order for them to solve my tax problems. I was 4 years behind on my taxes.
