I think tax rise is great when it comes to taxes
So far the people have been great . They explain things well and keep in contact . ******* was very friendly and helpful as were all the others I have spoken with thus far .

***** was kind and patient. He helped me without making me feel like a bother. I was reluctant to call because I felt stupid but he put me at ease with his gentle tone of voice. He sent me all the links that I needed.
Taxrise is great because they give you reminders for the tasks you're supposed to complete, and they always have quick answers when you call them for help. Also the wait times are great. My last call said I would have to wait 103 minutes, but someone answered in 2 minutes.
Great customer service. They're always ready to answer questions and always call you back with answers.

Staff is professional and knowledgeable. There are several layers of information that need accumulation. Yet once past this point . They take and run with the ball.The client maintains some control as they discuss strategy along the way.
