In our experience the initial explanation of how the process flows was not that clear. We didnt understand that our case would flow through different departments and this have a new contact person. Once we got someone on the phone they were helpful in explaining where we were in the process.

I've been happy with Taxrise except its been difficult to know who my contact person is because they keep changing. I called Taxrise today & had an excellent experience. I wish Taxrise would have called me or emailed me with an update on my case instead of me having to call them. But overall I'm a satisfied customer!
