I received the information I was seeking. Very helpful and notified me of my rep leaving. That was great customer service.
Everyone that has spoken to me has been very patient and polite. Im in the beginning phases of the process and am submitting paperwork at this time but so far, I feel safe that the *** wont garnish my wages due to unpaid debt. The reps have explained to me the codes on my letters to the *** and explained it meant the level of urgency of my situation etc.
******* was professional, helpful with a sense of humour. This whole ordeal is terrible for me, and Tax Rise agents have been able to make it more tolerable. I appreciate their kindness.
