Taxrise had made promises to us to get us in a non-collectible status with the **** they weren't able to fulfill that promise, BUT they tried to make it right by releasing us from the responsibility of paying the loan we had to take out in order to pay them for their work, which we were okay with. Every employee we spoke to was professional and kind. I would say I'm still appreciative of the service they were able to provide for us.
Just want to thank **** ***** again for his knowledge and professionalism in finding a solution to help me resolve my tax debt. I also would like to acknowledge how thorough he was in taking his time and explaining concepts that made them very easy to understand.
