Saw an ad on ******** for tax relief and was reluctant to submit my information however I did and I am so happy that I did so. I spoke with **** and she was a tremendous help walking me through options I have to negotiate a ****** dollar tax bill. Thank you so much ****!!!!

Honestly, up until I had spoken to **** recently I had experienced a terrible time with TaxRise for the past three years. My situation still hasn't been resolved but after speaking with ********** have felt more confident that a solution to my dilemma may be coming soon.

**** whom works with Tax Rise is amazing! **** has such great customer service she is always willing to assist you even if it's not her responsibility. I've called three times within the last couple of months out of those three times two times I spoke with ****. I was ecstatic when I just even her her voice, you know you can also tell the how your call is going to be by the tone in some ones voice. So I blindly contacted with Taxrise, speaking with ***************************** who was very assuring that we could resolve my issue. I then started reading reviews after my account had been paid in full. The reviews made me paranoid that I would be taken advantage of for years!
