He did a great job and actually confirmed that my documents had been received and that I did not need to send them for a third time. I kept receiving texts and emails saying I needed to sent docs. I called and was told that I needed to RE- sent our ****, w2, and my husbands Social Security statement. I sent these a 2nd time and kept getting these notices.
