We had a decent experience as they helped us through all the way by helping us from getting phone calls for our passed due taxes. I don't think we paid any less but still we're able to get things taken care of. Our case manager *************************** helped me stay calm through the whole process. I don't EVER have to want to go through this again owing as much as we did. Thank you taxrise and ****** as well just now with ***************************. Both were very respectful and helpful.
