Sorry to say didnt do me any good going with them. I had an agreement with IRS on my own now paid these guys, I will be paying more monthly plus paying tax rise. I should have just keep making payment to IRS and call it a day. Things would have been much easier.
They charged me after I told them I couldn't afford it
When i first started out with tax rise they got me going saying they can help reduce or pay lowers amount. Get a call today that i am paying 162 a month I said to myself not bad. Now I find out its over 108 months which now my 11k is 17k where did they help me after already ripping me off with 1700.
This is a scam been told that they are working on my case and now I have been with three different case managers. It's like you want answers and they never have anything. want an update and only way to get it qas stop paying for the service. I am living pay check to pay check and now I was told that the only thing thay can do for me is to set a payment t plan with the irs for the full amount that i owe. ITs a scam. This company has done nothing but give us 3 tax documents completely wrong. When U asked for a refund I was told NO. I still have not recrived out taxes after a year and $3700. DO NOT DO IT.
Not worth the money that they charge. I was told at the beginning that as soon as I start working with them, they would immediately let the *** and ************************ know so they would stop sending notices. Well that didnt happen. I was also told to send any notices I get from the *** or the ************************ and they would take care of it. i called and hired tax rise to take care of my tax situation did ok-ish but now they *** not answer my emails or return calls trying to find out where they are at in finishing the state taxes.
I see all these success stories all over their website. But for me it is the complete opposite. Been over a year still no resolution, and its nearly impossible to contact someone. I have had at least 4 different "case managers" during this time.
