His company is running a scam. They said the initial charge was $350. I gave her one card number somehow. They found my savings account number at a credit union and pulled it from that one. I'm not sure how they pulled this off but it's a scam

******** :( Please do your researchSCAMMERS :( Please do your research with this company. I have not seen one review that says they have resolved anyone's debt. I came to them with 30k in debt with the ***. Mind you, I was on a payment plan with the *** for $400 a month before contacting them. They told me they could help me with my back taxes. I started with owing over ****** and after everything. I still owe $******. They did nothing for me. They are the worst. I wonder how they sleep at night, saying they want to help but you still have to pay back everything to the ***. Don't ever trust anything they tell you, because it's a lie. Im so sorry that I trusted these scammers. I started out owning IRS $46,000. And after paying Tax Rise $ 4.900.00. I still owe $46.000 dollars.I had charges for not claiming unemployment payments. Ive not ever been unemployed. Im a full time working RN. Tax Rise did not manage to remove that, they werent able to lower or remove the added interest? which was promised. SCAM!! they talked a good game and had me sold on the phone. When I gave them my bank information to a set up a payment plan they sent me paperwork to sign which I did, and as we attempted to try the financial transaction again a few times the call disconnected. The CEO has been involved in multiple lawsuits including one involving sexual assault and harassment. They failed to tell me in my first telephone interview that there would be additional charges after the $375. The total for them to make all of the changes for my 2022 taxes was well over $3,000. I'd like my $375 back. Oh well, live and learn!
