SCAM SCAM SCAM! LOOK FOR THE BAD REVIEWS! I fell half way with this SCAM! Lost 500 dollars! I wish my husband stopped me! I was only doing what I thought was best for tax relief only to be SCAMMED! The phone call after "the lawyers did their thing" he said I have to make payments. The first phone call they said that I wouldn't have to pay anything except the 500! 500 to his wallet I'm sure! I hope the scammers get screwed! I want my 500 back! Took a chunk out of my finances for NOTHING!

Paid 5k for a service where I could have called the *** myself. Sale person miss advised that I could have a fresh start. But my small business assets are intertwined with my personal accounts.

TaxRise is a total Scam...they take your money...and then get you NO resolution on your taxes..so you owe them and the *** and then penalties!!! Delayed stress and then intense stress when it is all added back to you plus some!!!!

I am trying to figure out how I entered the *** website to question taxes owed on my income tax return and then suddenly started receiving emails from this company.I never contacted these people, have no idea who they are and still trying to figure out how they got into the *** data base. I will be contacting the *** directly about this and possibly a lawyer.

This company is a rip off, they did nothing for me.Additionally, they never make their appointments you arrange with them. They tell you one thing to get you to spend your money on their service and once they have your money all communication stops. They made promises they dont keep, but its a bait and switch kind of operation. I could have used the funds I paid them to pay down my balance. I contacted your service to stop wage garnishment and tax Lien and to advocate on my behalf for a reasonable settlement. To this day after paying a substantial fee I was still garnished and funds were removed from my bank account. I had to call and advocate for myself. I was lied to and my case was not a priority. To this date I am still being contacted by the *********************

I believe I talked with your agent about my tax problem. She went thru the program. I paid you 350 to do a background check. I then talked with your agent about the next steps. After talking to ****** I believe. We setup a program. After 2 hours of consideration I called her and canceled the program. 30 days or so later you called me to setup the program thru your agent. Horrible customer service. No help at all. I been trying to figure something on my own for months and the only thing this company tells me is sends me emails that are automatic that I need to upload documents and when I call to ask for help they act like I know everything and it should be easy
