I have instructed them to cease contact in writing. They have called me ********************************************************** again. I receive NO LESS than 3 calls EVERY day and block the number every time they call. Then they call from another number. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT give them your information. They use false advertising to entice you to give them info then they will NOT stop calling you, no matter what you do.

They got $14000 & no results. It's been 3 years. They give us the eun around and keep asking for the same info ****** months. My 2022 tax return did not change. The are horrible. Scammers taking advantage of people in bad situations and they give no help or relieve. Don't do. Run. Write the irs yourself and make request.i would eate them a zero if it was an option.

Taxrise wouldn't refund me my $350.After 6 days of paying, I changed my mind and contacted a tax lawyer and wanted to cancel and get a refund.They said it's in the contract I signed to be charged for the first process Seems like a ripoff company and they take advantage of people who need help with their taxes.

I have felt bullied into proceeding with my case since day one, however I wanted to get the *** out of hair. I paid them **************************************** to be paying them more to proceed with the investigation portion of my case which they did not fully do cause I found out by myself I had already paid the *** already. Went on a site that screens for eligibility. Taxrise reached out. They called me at least ***** times a day. I called back after I filed my delinquent tax years. I spoke with ************************* yesterday right around the close of business. She was super encouraging and very professional. I kept asking about the total I would expect to owe in fees to Taxrise. She said several times it depended on each person's situation. ********************* misled me to believe that $500 was going to go towards a "Financial Plan" AND get a resolution.Which was not the case. In the contract it says they're going to charge you to 1. Pull your transcripts, 2. Gather your financial information, and then 3. TELL you your options.NOT "get a resolution". They did not stop fees & did not stop interest. All they did was stop the *** from harassing ** endlessly. On top that, the $4k we had to pay them could've gone to the *** instead!? I don't know other services out there, but I do know these guys (who also go by ***************). DON'T DO IT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
