**** is a great customer service representative. She was kind, professional, thoughtful, and responded promptly to my requests and questions. I have NOT had a great experience with TaxRise, they have been pretty bad so far, but **** really made a difference. She should be running the place! nobody called me back except her and she apologized on behalf of the organization and took ownership like it was her own company. **** is a pleasure to deal with and really good at her job. **** was awesome very professional. Love her customer service skills need more people like her to explain and calm your clients down on how frustrating that case managers are being switched around so many times always asking for the same documents thats been sent in a number of times and feels like nothing is getting Done!

He did a great job and actually confirmed that my documents had been received and that I did not need to send them for a third time. I kept receiving texts and emails saying I needed to sent docs. I called and was told that I needed to RE- sent our ****, w2, and my husbands Social Security statement. I sent these a 2nd time and kept getting these notices. The first few times I called they said so sorry we do not have them This was after I had sent them *** for a second time. Finally he was able to look in the system and conf... read more
