**** was very helpful in answering my questions about the current status of my returns, next steps, and how to manage filing for last year while working with TaxRise to resolve past issues. **** was very compassionate and really helped me feel at ease to be able to move forward, thank you!
Im unable to move forward due to a death of a family member but from the beginning to me havining to canceled until further notice the company and the workers have been exceptionally nice .thank for your support .
