Bart and Tracey are top-notch at their careers! Bart sold my house in just two days, then Tracey negotiated a great deal for me on the new house to be built. What a great team. Exceptional service, knowledge of the Real estate and were interested in finding what we wanted in a home. Were very helpful with the overall criteria in our needs and expectations. Their associate Michelle was very professional and worked well with the other realtors to get what we wanted in location, price and amenities. Made us feel we were the most important clients.
We've completed two transactions over the past couple of years and both exceeded expectations. The home that was most recently sold listed for more than we expected, sold quickly, 45 day escrow. No smoke, no baloney.
