Excellent care, great staff, very knowledgeable. The big drawback was the three hour wait for sedation. (Regular visits don't have bad wait times.) I understand why the wait is so long, and I appreciate the movies that kept my son occupied; I just wish they'd given me some indication of the unpredictable schedule when I set the appointment or let me stay at home and call me when they were close to being ready. It is okay. Some staff are not the nicest /warmest of people but the ones that are are great!!! I would also like them to listen a little better. I believe that a mother knows her child the best... Don't try and get me to do something that I don't think is necessary. Thank
Tebo dentistry is a great place with very friendly employees who seem to really care about your smile. The experience wasn't pleasant but it wasn't their fault my child was very difficult to deal with thanking the staff members who did put forth an effort to take care of us. The only thing that upsets me is you all not having the ability to sedate a child getting difficult procedures done. If you could've helped with that i would've gave all 5 stars.
I have a one year old son and a four year old daughter. My daughter had an appointment today and my son made it clear he didn't want to be there. He was fussing and trying to mess and run. Then, a gentleman employee of the office came over and talked to my son. When my son reached up for Gregg, he didn't hesitate to pick him up and offer to let him get a toy. The staff is the greatest and nicest people I ever came encounter with. My daughter is so comfortable with the office on a whole. I have not been in Georgia very long, and this is my daughters first experience with the dentist. I love the state of the art equipment and staff...thank you for a job well done
