Looks like things have gone downhill a bit since Edelle left. Still good, but nitice the difference.
Unfortunately, table next to us obnoxiously loud with screeches, cackling laughter and just very loud. With music we couldn’t hear ourselves talk so lunch not enjoyable. Food good.
Ted's Bulletin is an institution, particularly the Eastern Market / Capitol Hill location. Always straightforward, tasty fare that satisfies my itch for some good old homecooking when away from home.
Service was a bit slow.
Our second time here and the food is incredible! The wait staff is pleasant and our server was wonderful.
I took my parents out for lunch to celebrate them as new great grandparents 🥂!! Thomas was our host and server! He has impeccable service and taste in knowing how to suggest/select different cuisines and cocktails. Thomas was amazing 👏. Every dish we ordered was delightful 😋.
This is the perfect way to start your day or week! I always feel welcomed as soon as I enter the restaurant. The staff always says good morning. My server, Karen, was excellent! She took my drink and food order and everything came out exactly as ordered. I was offered refills on my iced tea without having to ask first. Anita, the general manager, stopped by all the tables to check on the guests and welcome them. Trey, a new manager in training was friendly and a good host. The food was good and ambience and server great. I did not like our entrees arriving shortly after our salads. Also, the salad dressings, while good, were not as ordered. Limited white wine selection- not may were chilled. Our server recommended a white blend was was very good.
They need to draw the music down a bit but otherwise- really nicely done!
