My co-workers and I went to Ted's for lunch and had a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent and the service good and friendly with a touch of humor thrown in too.
Check out the homemade pop tarts...awesome!
I live on The Hill and this is my favorite restaurant. I think most locals will tell you the same thing. I go here all the time and the food is always excellent and the service is spot-on. I love this place and probably go at least once every other week or so. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Ted's unique menu and the clever spin they put on diner classics! The food is consistently perfect. If you're ever in doubt about where to go on The Hill - PICK TED'S!
Food and service were really good as always. A bit noisy on a Monday night (Labor Day) but not nearly as bad as my last visit on a Sunday night with lots of families and noisy kids. I would eat here only at lunch except that their country-fried steak is only available at dinner.
Excellent food at reasonable prices. Try the meatloaf!
Ted's Bulletin always has innovative and tasty food and cocktails to offer. A group of us went for early dinner. Some people enjoyed the food (sandwiches, burgers, sloppy joes, tomato soup). Everyone loved the shakes and the house beer. There were a few food items that were disappointing: grilled cheese was plain old American cheese (had expected something a little more exotic), chicken noodle soup (chicken was dry) and one person thought the meat in the reuben was too fatty (while someone else loved it). I'd recommend Ted's, however, just be aware that it's REALLY loud so it's difficult to hear whe... read more
Very relaxed restaurant. Our service was excellent...the waitress was very personable and knowledgable about the menu. I went specifically for the Country Fried Steak (even though I have issue with them calling it that)! The Chicken Fried Steak was quite good...tender and crispy. The white pepper gravy was not thick and gloppy like alot of places and had a good flavor. Not like my Mom's, but overall it was quite tasty. The mashed potatoes, on the other hand, were the perfectly round from an ice cream scoop like I had at the ... read more
