The ambiance here is fantastic, and will keep me coming back. I love the synergy of the decor, the menus, the old movies playing on the big screen - even the coffee is period appropriate, thanks to the folks at Swings who have been roasting beans in the DC area for nearly 100 years. Had a blast at Ted's Bulletin with a group of people. Everyone's food was very good and the "adult milkshakes" were outstanding. Service was a bit on the slow side, but that wasn't a big concern because we were enjoying our company. I would definitely return.

I enjoyed Ted's Bulletin. It's diner style food, prepared well and quickly - might be a little too quick if you're looking for a leisurely dining experience. The menu has an array of goodies - enough so that making a decision if you're really hungry can take a minute or two. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Gotta love the homemade Poptarts and the great selection of milkshakes -- not to mention the adult milkshakes!
Not many places in the city serve breakfast, but Ted's is a keeper. Great variety with some unique choices, but all the classics as well.
