The food take sooo long to coming to our table , the restaurant is not full at all , the server is very rude and don’t pay att at our requests /food/order ! I do not coming back
The service was great. Nicest waiter. But that’s where the positives stopped. The food was bad. This restaurant has gone so downhill. Tuna was overcooked, chicken on cobb salad was dry, side Caesar salad was not romaine lettuce and didn’t come out with dressing but tartar sauce instead. Best meal was my daughter’s chocolate chip pancakes - but that’s because it’s impossible to mess up. Very disappointed.
We were sat at a table and then forgotten about. We had to go to the desk to remind them that we were there and then they argued over who would serve us. Multiple food items were forgotten from our order and then the servers didn't even look our way to flag down that we needed additional help.
Hostess was rude, no reason to have made a reservation or put in special requests because it was completely disregarded. Service from server definitely made up for unpleasant hostess experience. Food was mediocre at best.
Food was ok but overpriced. We were 6 people and all the food did not come out at the same time.
Fries tasted "old" and were limp and tasteless (no salt whatsoever). Chicken tenders were tough and lacked seasoning. We were seated near the kitchen, and the space smelled unpleasant-- like entering a room that needs a good scrub. We came in specifically for the famous tater tots. If you have had them before, you know what they are like! They are supposed to be crispy and square cube shaped. Instead we received flat hash browns! I told my server and she didn't have much to say so I contacted the manager. He basically said "too bad, that's how we do them now" So I emailed them and showed photos. Crickets. I heard nothing back!
My fiancée has Celiac’s, so she went to order something marked as “gluten-sensitive” on the menu, only to be told that it was not gluten free. There was nothing on the menu actually gluten free, even though several things were marked as such. So she wound up just getting a bowl of tomato soup, and still got sick from it. They should not be allowed to mark items on the menu as “gluten-sensitive” if they’re not in fact gluten free (one of the dishes marked as such literally had fried onions on top, and she was told the sauce i... read more
First time there, menu has lots of choices to pick from, will not return, waitress wasn't very attentive to our needs. The food felt was bland, deserts where a disappointment, don't try the bourbon pecan pie, it was served cold, would have been nice warmed up and whipped creme would have been good with it.
