I used to love going to this restaurant but post-pandemic, it has become a shell of what it used to be. The service, the food, the quality of food has fallen to sad and unacceptable levels. I am sad to say, but I will not return.
My Barramundi fish was small withbroccolini & pea sprouts. A sauteed mix of items came On top of the fish skin and served skin skinside up. Such presentation is abnormal and I found myself taking my 1st bite with the skin which was not enjoyable to eat. After removing the skin and with it all of the seasoning iseasoning items as they were attached to the skin the fish had little flavor. Broccolini was not able to be evenly cooked so the big bass parts were unedible as they were too hard. The bean sprouts were not able to be ... read more
Poorly trained staff constantly looked confused. Tried to give us someone else’s food, then gave us food that was, cold, undercooked with no flavor. The water tasted weird and chemically. The waiter left my husband’s credit card in the card reader and my husband had to go find him to get it back. 6 of us were crammed in a tiny table that barely fit 4. Never coming back.
We have been to Ted’s Bulletin once before and enjoyed the food a lot. This time the food quality was poor and I was not able to eat my meal (Short Ribs). Thankfully our waiter was kind enough to remove my entree from the check. We were also underwhelmed with the Popcorn Shrimp appetizer.
We have eaten at Ted’s many times and the service and food has been very good. Thus last visit however left me thinking I’ll be considering another restaurant next time. We ordered a Reuben sandwich and Caesar salad to share.. The Reuben was missing sauerkraut, had only a hint of thousand island dressing, and the meat was very fatty.
There was no one at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes when we walked in the door a noon. The other staff that could see our party of 4, and another party of 2 behind us did not even acknowledge our presence. The party of 2 ended up walking out to go someplace else. The food was great and the service was very slow. The staff need to make sure they are checking in our tables. The restaurant was not crowded so this should not have been an issue.
Service was bad, the hostess took our order and gave us our check. Server didn't even check up on us, just asked how everything was as she walked by. Came by only once while we were eating. Food was meh, the pancakes are too light and yall don't give enough syrup. Our order was wrong. 0/10 experience, probably won't be back again smh.
Service is struggling, the wrong meal was delivered to the table. Our server quickly remedied the situation but it took a while to get resolved since there weren't very many people waiting tables. The sandwiches had very little meat on them, mostly bread and the chili was missing the cornbread it should have been served with. I understand that there is a lot of new staff at restaurants right now, but we will not be returning.
We had a 6:45 reservation and didn’t get our drinks until 7:15. My husband’s makers mark neat was in a water glass filled with ice. My Rose was a white wine. We ordered cauliflower bites that never came even after asking about them when drinks finally arrived. My husband’s salmon was fine but the potatoes and Brussel sprouts were undercooked and hard to chew. My meatloaf was alright but the vegetables were undercooked as well. It took quite a while to get our server for the check at which point we decided it wasn’t worth des... read more
